My Account / Profile
How do I log into my account?
- Navigate to amtlearning.americanmedtech.org
- Select the "AMT Learning login" link in the upper-right corner of the screen.
- Enter your AMT email and password.
- Select "Login" button.
My Account Features
- Enrolled Courses - course listing of not started/in progress courses
- Courses where all required portions are not completed will remain until expiration date. (Ex. exhausting all CE exam attempts)
- Courses that still have required segments such as Evaluation and Credit Claim will remain until completed.
- Completed Courses - listing of courses where all requirements are successfully completed
- Bookmarks - listing of courses bookmarked for future purchase
- Orders & Receipts - listing of all AMT Learning Center purchases
- Edit Profile
How do I edit my account?
- Hover over "My Learning Dashboard" and select "Edit Profile"
- Once on the “My Account” page, click the “Edit” tab to make updates or changes.
Forgotten Username / Password
How do I reset my password?
- Select "Forgot password?" on the login screen
- Enter email and select "Send Login Information"
- Note: updating will change password for all AMT sites

Purchase a Course
How do I purchase a course?
- Select "Course Catalog" from the user menu or enter terms into search bar to find a course
- Select a course to open the overview page and then select the "Register" button
- Select "Add to cart"
- Multiple courses can be added to cart by clicking back in your browser after you have added a course to cart
- Once ready select the cart icon in the top right corner
- Review your order and select "checkout"
- Enter payment information and and select review order
- Finalize checkout
- You will receive an enrollment email when the course is ready
How do I apply a discount coupon code?
- Enter coupon code in cart then select apply
- Discounts will be applied to all eligible products after applying
- Codes are not case sensitive, but make sure you do not have any extra spaces before or after
How do I search for courses in my specialty?
- Utilize the "Refine by" options in the catalog search
Do my purchased courses expire?
- Yes, courses must be completed within 180 days after purchase
Course Pricing
- Members will be able to view discounted pricing after login
Certificates / Transcripts / Credits
How do I view my transcript?
- Select the “My Learning Dashboard” tab and select "Completed Courses"
How can I download a certificate?
- Under the “My Learning Dashboard” tab select “Completed Courses”
- Select “Download” next to the course title you would like to download the certificate
How do I track earned credits?
- Credits earned through successful completion of Learning Center courses are automatically applied to your AMTrax transcript
- CE information can take 1-2 business days from completion to appear in AMTrax, but is usually posted the next day after completed between 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM EST
- Do not self-report earned Learning Center credit in AMTrax as this could lead to duplicate records
Course Information
Will a course save my progress if I need to step away and return to it later?
- Yes, it will automatically save your progress
Will a quiz/evaluation save my progress if I need to step away and return to it later?
- Quizzes/Evaluations will not save your progress unless you select the “Save Progress” option
How do I return to a course I’ve already registered for and resume it?
- Under the “My Learning Dashboard” tab select “Enrolled Courses”
- Select the course name to open the overview
- Select “Take course”
- Select “Resume course”
My course is not showing under completed courses?
- Under the “My Learning Dashboard” tab select “Enrolled Courses”
- Check the course status to see the current progress
- Course completion requires successful completion of the course evaluation and claiming of credit
- Open course and complete remaining tasks to move to completed courses for AMTrax tracking

Which browser should I use for the AMT Learning Center website?
- AMT Learning Center works with most modern web browsers
- Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari (Mac)
Do I need to have Adobe Reader to participate in a course?
- A PDF reader, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, will be required to participate in some courses.
Courses using popup windows
- If you are having trouble accessing a course please check that your browser's popup blocker has been disabled.
